Senator Steve Gooch Pre-Files Broadband Legislation

ATLANTA (January 10, 2019) | On December 21, 2018, Senator Steve Gooch (R – Dahlonega) pre-filed Senate Bill 2 which would authorize Electric Membership Corporations (EMCs) to deploy broadband services throughout Georgia.
