Vincent Fort (D- Atlanta) will join Mawuli Davis, the Phonesavanh family attorney of the injured infant, TODAY, June 3, 2014 at 2 p.m. to deliver a letter to the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia Sally Yates.
