ATLANTA (March 20, 2013) – Senator Mike Dugan (R-Carrollton) carried his first bill in the State Senate today. House Bill 256 would add cigar wraps to the list of “tobacco related objects” as listed in the Georgia Code and passed 44-6.

ATLANTA (March 14, 2013) –Senator Ed Harbison (D-Columbus) led the passage of House Bill 414 which authorizes Columbus to exercise all restoration powers permitted under the Redevelopment Powers Law.
