Statement from Sen. William Ligon on Resolution Opposing Common Core Standards

ATLANTA (June 24, 2013) – Senator William Ligon (R-Brunswick) provides the following statement on the unanimous vote taken by the State Committee of the Georgia Republican Party passing the resolution opposing the “nationalized” Common Core Standards and the aligned PARCC tests.
