Sen. John Albers Announces Winners of Scholarship

 ATLANTA (May 12, 2020) | Sen. John Albers (R – Roswell) announced the winners of two scholarships for graduating seniors residing in Senate District 56. The winners are Nate Greve of Roswell High School, who will be attending Georgia Tech, and Zack Shuller of Johns Creek High School, who plans to attend Vanderbilt University. Each student was awarded a $500 scholarship.

“These students are a true reflection of hard work, determination, public service and strong character,” said Sen. Albers. “I am proud to represent them in the Georgia Senate and assist them with this scholarship, and I am looking forward to witnessing how each of them will utilize their skills for the betterment of their communities.”

These scholarships were designated for students who plan to pursue a career as a first responder or a future in elected office. The scholarship amounts will be distributed directly to the institution of higher learning.
