Albers Honors Childhood Cancer Patients and Families at Georgia State Capitol ATLANTA (September 10, 2013) – Senator John Albers (R –Roswell) recognized several families with children undergoing cancer treatment as part of Child Cancer Awareness Month on Tuesday, September 10 at the Georgia State Capitol. Sen. Charlie Bethel Participates in Business, Trade and Tourism Mission to Asia

ATLANTA (September 5, 2013) – Senator Charlie Bethel (R – Dalton) has returned from a nine-day business, trade and tourism mission to Asia led by Governor Nathan Deal on which Sen. Bethel served as an official delegate appointed by the Governor. From August 22 – 30, a group of business leaders and elected officials from Georgia traveled in China and Japan to strengthen existing ties and explore new investment opportunities between Georgia and these important Asian nations.  Continue reading “Sen. Sen. Hardie Davis Hosts Launch Event for Augusta Chapter of New Leaders Council

AUGUSTA (September 3, 2013) – The Augusta chapter of New Leaders Council (NLC) was introduced last week at an event hosted by Sen. Hardie Davis (Augusta). Over 75 young professionals from the CSRA and surrounding areas were in attendance and eager to learn more about the New Leaders Council Augusta Chapter.
