Gov. Nathan Deal Signs Senate Bill 103 into Law

SB 103ATLANTA (March 12, 2014) | Today, Sen. Lester Jackson (D–Savannah) joined legislators from the Georgia House of Representatives as Gov. Nathan Deal signed Senate Bill 103 into law.
